Payment is made in full at the time of order, using the methods available on the site. Delivery is made within 3-5 business days, depending on the geographical area. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.

Product returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, only if the original packaging is intact and the product has not been opened. Refunds are made within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of the returned package. Opened or damaged products cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
