Why choose priestale

Orchard freshness, straight into your glass

Each bottle tells the story of apples picked at the right moment and slow processes, without compromise.
๐ŸŽ

Seasonal fruit from local orchards

We collaborate with producers from the Prahova Valley and Transylvania, from where we bring sun-ripened apples, hand-picked at full maturity. Each batch is traceable back to the orchard.

The authentic taste of each season, without imported flavors.
๐Ÿงช

Zero chemical additives or concentrates

We do not use preservatives, colorings, or artificial sweeteners. Natural fermentation and cold pressing keep the fruit's characteristics intact, without laboratory interventions.

Just apples, water, and wild yeast โ€“ that's it.
๐ŸŒฑ

Eco-friendly glass packaging

All drinks are bottled in dark green glass, which is returnable and recyclable. Labels are made from FSC-certified paper, and secondary packaging is corrugated cardboard, free of plastic.

Packaging that respects the land that nourishes us.
๐Ÿน

Refreshing mocktails for events

Our non-alcoholic cider becomes the base for creative drinks: with mint and lime, with elderflower syrup and cucumber, or with pomegranate juice and rosemary. Three simple recipes, ready to serve at parties.

Elegant, alcohol-free alternatives for any occasion.
โณ

Slow fermentation, natural effervescence

Each batch of cider ferments for a minimum of six weeks, during which wild yeasts transform sugars into carbon dioxide. The result is a fine effervescence, without forced carbonation.

The bubbles come from nature, not from machines.

What We Do Specifically

From orchard to bottle โ€“ every step is designed to preserve the authentic taste of apples and seasonal fruits, without unnecessary additives.

1

Hand-picked from local orchards

The fruits are picked at full ripeness from orchards in the Prahova Valley and Transylvania. Apple varieties are chosen according to the season: sweet-tart in autumn, more aromatic in summer. Each batch is sorted by hand.

2

Cold pressing, natural fermentation

The apples are cold-pressed within a maximum of 24 hours from picking. The clear juice ferments slowly, only with wild yeasts, for 4โ€“8 weeks. No added sugar, no concentrates.

3

Bottled in glass, plastic-free

All beverages are bottled in dark green glass, which protects the contents from light. The label is made from recycled paper, and the cork is natural. Zero plastic packaging.

4

Cider-based mocktails

Need to serve something refreshing at an event? Try cider with blackberries and sage, ice cubes, and a slice of lemon. Or dry cider with currants, rosemary, and tonic water. Or apple juice with ginger, mint, and crushed ice.
